Jennifer Lincoln,MD, IBCLC
Jennifer Lincoln, MD, IBCLC, is a board-certified generalist obstetrician/gynecologist and attending physician in Portland, Oregon. She is an OB Hospitalist on labor and delivery at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center and loves the excitement and pace this work brings. Jennifer is also an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, as she sought further education after giving birth to her first child and realized she had a huge interest in supporting breastfeeding mothers. In addition, she is a contributing writer to the pregnancy and parenting website Bundoo as well as the Prenatal and Breastfeeding Advisor for The Wellness Network. She also currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Society of OB/GYN Hospitalists.
Jennifer received her undergraduate degree from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She received her medical degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, the nation’s honor medical society. She completed her residency at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon.
Jennifer enjoys educating women about their bodies and their pregnancies. She has interests in adolescent medicine, breastfeeding advocacy, and supporting women in labor in an informed, relaxed manner. She is happily married to a pediatrician and has two young sons, who teach her more everyday than any textbook could. She is a former milk donor to the Northwest Mothers Milk Bank and is thrilled to be involved with this wonderful organization.
