Northwest Mothers Milk Bank is a not-for-profit organization rooted in the Pacific Northwest community. Founded by a group of passionate and accomplished healthcare professionals who, through dedication and hard work, have increased public knowledge and acceptance of donor milk use. Receiving both financial and in-kind support from local organizations and individuals, Northwest Mothers Milk Bank became a reality and has quickly grown into a thriving donor milk bank after opening its doors in July 2013.

"When mothers are unable to breastfeed their newborns, donated human milk is the best nourishment the babies can receive. Human milk can prevent serious illnesses and feeding complications associated with premature birth."
