About the event

Join Dr. Kameelah Phillips and Dr. Jennifer Lincoln, both board-certified OB/GYNs and IBCLCs, as they discuss the historical context of racism as it has impacted and continues to impact breastfeeding perceptions and success among BIPOC people. Additionally, they will review the inequity of racial diversity in lactation support in the United States. The talk will end with actionable steps we can take moving forward to overcome these disparities. Join us for this 1 hr seminar on racism's impact on breastfeeding - and how we can change course.
